11. Paid and Free Courses
CFIRE reserves the right to periodically update or modify Courses, content, indicators, alerts, videos, and newsletters, including any of the instructional and informational resources available on the platform, especially in relation to any financial, technical, blockchain or cryptocurrency content or resources. Any course, collection of courses, subscription package, or membership service that is offered on the Platform may be ordered by you for free (referred to as “Free Courses”) or for a fee (referred to as “Paid Courses”) at the rates shown on the Platform. All courses, both free and paid, are referred to as “Courses.” Services that require a subscription are referred to as “Memberships.” These paid courses or memberships may be provided at a set package price for a selection of courses or according to a fixed period of time for a subscription, as provided by the CFIRE platform (whether that be monthly, yearly, or other duration). For comprehensive details on all Courses, including their scope, content, and costs, please visit the CFIRE Platform.
Access to paid courses or subscription memberships will be available upon completion of your payment. If a subscription membership lapses, was canceled, or payment was declined, your access shall be suspended until another valid form of payment is completed. You can verify the current status of your subscription through your membership product.
Membership subscriptions are part of the overall CFIRE DAOs (Decentralized Autonomous Organization). The main function of the CFIRE DAO is to give members the opportunity to participate in voting on how to structure current and future training and lessons, as the DAO is the mechanism for community membership engagement and feedback.
12. Payment Method and Fees
You acknowledge and agree that you will pay the final quoted amount for the selected Courses or Subscriptions or Memberships on the Platform. This may include any fees incurred as a result of cryptocurrency transactions, bill processing to your payment provider or instrument at the specified price or rate, less any potential discounts.
We reserve the right to modify or raise the rate or price for any of our memberships, courses or subscription-based services at any time. Paid products that have been purchased prior to such modification are exempt from any increases in costs or fees.
At this time, the only acceptable methods for payment is Ethereum, and credit cards via a “Third Party Payment Provider”. For credit card payments, you must register with the third-party payment provider, create a legitimate account, and supply the third-party payment provider with the details of the authorized credit, debit, or bank accounts in order for payments to be processed.
CFIRE recommends cryptocurrency ETH payments for all memberships, or courses.
For cryptocurrency payments, you acknowledge and accept the exchange rate risk or all the risk associated with the negative value fluctuations to meet the rate or price between the cryptocurrency to the US Dollar (also known as USD in the Foreign exchange markets) at the time of payment to the time for execution; Meaning, if the price value of the cryptocurrency drops from the time you make your payment to the time the payment process is complete, you must make up for the price difference in USD and subsequently reimburse us for the price difference of the cryptocurrency paid. You acknowledge and authorize us to retain your information to potentially charge the Third-Party Payment Provider (or any other acceptable payment provider) for any additional fees related to the exchange rate difference upon purchase. Depending on the length of your subscription, these fees may be added into your renewal subscription.
CFIRE may, from time to time, offer the option to choose a Payment Plan. If this is available, you would only have access to a portion of the content within Paid Courses determined by the installment payment if such a Payment Plan is available for you. For further information, please refer to the Platform.
Subscription-based membership services are billed via a recurring periodic payment process. While a subscription is active, members will have access to additional value-added content distinct from free courses. However all subscription-related content will become inaccessible at the conclusion of your current billing cycle upon cancellation or termination of payment.
You also acknowledge and agree to reimburse and pay for any applicable taxes and handling fees related to the delivery for any product or service via your Third-Party Payment Provider.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any payments authorized by you with a Third-Party Payment Provider, or process refunds, upon any suspicion of fraud, misrepresentation, unauthorized charge or other misuse of the platform.
13. Products and Services
Some goods or services might only be accessible online via a website. We reserve the right, but are under no obligation, to restrict who is eligible to purchase our products or use our Services. A refund request can only happen after those first 28 days, and no later than the THIRTIETH (30) Day. The refund will be processed within 72 hours after confirmation receipt of your email or message request. If you have been a member at any time in the past, then you do NOT have the option to request a refund for any product or service purchased subsequently. Any such refund requests made after 30 days can not be granted.
Each membership level for CFIRE’s products or services has a fixed duration listed. Following each CFIRE product level, is a subscription period of twelve (12) months. Each membership will automatically renew unless you actively choose to cancel the product or service within 5 business days before your membership subscription expires.
When a Member purchases a subscription-based product or service from CFIRE, the Member consents to a periodic recurring bill charge for subscription fees at the same product or service level via the same payment method.
Each Member acknowledges and agrees that CFIRE may initiate debit entries for the subscription fee and any other purchases made on the Site from a Member’s designated account.
Any Member may request to cancel a recurring subscription by submitting a cancellation request to Customer Support at: [email protected]
15. Taxes
At our discretion, CFIRE may collect and charge you for taxes (such as sales tax “GST” or value added tax “VAT”) on any transaction where it reasonably believes that tax collection is required, including if applicable, any sales tax for the purchase of Paid Courses. You acknowledge and agree to pay all fees and taxes, including if applicable, any sales tax CFIRE believes in good faith that it is required to collect. A VAT or GST tax may be calculated and added to your total purchase upon final bill processing.
You consent to hold harmless and indemnify CFIRE from any and all tax authority claims and for any underpayment of VAT/GST, as well as any associated fines and interest. You should also speak with your own tax expert since CFIRE is unable to give you any tax advice.

PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE OR WEBSITE IF YOU DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE OR AGREE TO ANY PORTION OF THIS RISK DISCLOSURE.
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOUND ON THIS CFIRE WEBSITE (“THE SITE”) ARE INCLUDED BY REFERENCE IN THIS RISK DISCLOSURE AS IF FULLY SET FORTH HEREIN. THE SITE AND OTHER SERVICES OFFERED BY ‘CRYPTO IS FIRE’ ARE COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS “CFIRE” FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS DISCLOSURE.
DISCLAIMER OF RISK: CFIRE IS NOT AN INVESTMENT ADVISOR, AN ANALYST, OR A REGISTERED BROKER. THE OPINIONS, CONTENT, AND INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CFIRE ARE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE REGARDED AS INVESTMENT ADVICE OR FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICES. CRYPTOCURRENCIES OR TRADING OR CRYPTOCURRENCY FUTURES OR OPTIONS IS HIGHLY RISKY AND IS ONLY FOR THOSE WITH A HIGH RISK TOLERANCE AND THE FINANCIAL ABILITY TO SUSTAIN LOSSES IF CRYPTOCURRENCY RELATED POSITIONS BECOME UNPROFITABLE. YOU MAY LOSE MORE THAN YOU INVEST.
IT IS ADVISED THAT YOU SEEK THE ADVICE OF AN INDEPENDENT LICENSED FINANCIAL ADVISOR BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN ANY CRYPTOCURRENCY RELATED ACTIVITIES. CFIRE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES THAT OCCUR AS A RESULT OF FOLLOWING OR NOT FOLLOWING OUR SERVICES; PAST PERFORMANCE AND RESULTS DO NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS.
CFIRE solely provides value-added educational and entertainment content, courses and information on decentralized finance and the cryptocurrency markets for educational purposes; CFIRE does not provide any specific financial advice or any other form of investment advice. Cryptocurrencies and cryptocurrency trading carry significant risks, including highly volatile markets, inconsistent valuations, cybersecurity events, potential market manipulation, and relatively high fees. CFIRE advises all persons interested in trading or investing in cryptocurrencies to consult with their certified financial, legal, and tax professionals. Historical information or performance data should not be interpreted as an indication of future outcomes.
Cryptocurrency Investing Is At Your Own Risk:
Investing and trading in cryptocurrencies is not suitable for all investors and can result in substantial losses, including most if not all of your investment. Cryptocurrencies carry significant risks, including highly volatile markets, inconsistent valuations, cybersecurity events, potential market manipulation, and relatively high fees. Additionally, cryptocurrency exchanges and other intermediaries are not subject to the same regulatory scrutiny as securities and futures exchanges, nor are cryptocurrency accounts protected by SIPC or the FDIC.
Decentralized finance, cryptocurrency trading and investing come with a high potential for loss and are not suitable for all investors. TRADE AND INVEST AT YOUR OWN RISK. Because of possible price fluctuations in cryptocurrencies and futures markets, you can run the risk of losing more money than you initially invested. Because futures trading is highly leveraged, even little market fluctuations will have a significant influence on your trading account. This might work against you and result in significant losses, or it could work in your favor and result in significant gains.
Additionally, actual outcomes, performances, or events could be significantly different from those forecasted in any forward-looking statements, marketing data, member references, sales collateral, course information, case studies, communications, videos, content, or opinions released by CFIRE, managers, investors, staff members, advisors, affiliates, officers, or members. The following are a few of the variables that could cause actual outcomes, performance, or events to materially differ from any forward-looking opinions: market volatility; government policies; hacks and security breaches resulting in the theft of or damage to investors, currencies, or businesses; high-net-worth investors’ price manipulation; news; fake news; competition; general economic cycles, market or business conditions; macroeconomic conditions; or unanticipated events related to acts of God or Force Majeure.
Cryptocurrency investment is a personal decision. Before making an investment in the commodity futures market, cryptocurrencies, ICOs, token sales, DeFi, commodities, equities, bonds, or any other type of financial investment, you must carefully assess your capabilities, experience level, skill level, risk tolerance, and investment goals. Therefore, use DeFi and cryptocurrencies at your own risk. It is advised that you never take a risk that you cannot afford to lose. Also note, that any form of leverage might result in significant losses beyond the initial capital invested. Ultimately, you are strongly recommended to make informed choices as to your level of risk with regards to any investment strategy, including the use of margin, leverage, and shorting strategies in relation to the expected return.

Assumption Of Liability
Any gains or losses made as a result of you utilizing one of our trading or DeFi tactics are not the responsibility of CFIRE. All information is not guaranteed in any way. Any form of assurance is either not implied or impossible when attempting to project future conditions.
Commodity futures, equities, ICOs, and other investment vehicles all have a high level of risk, and there are neither profits nor losses guarantees when investing in these types of instruments. Results from hypothetical experiments contain inherent flaws and cannot be used to predict actual outcomes. No trade or DeFi position is guaranteed by CFIRE to produce profits that resemble those displayed or even any profit at all. The truth is that there are noticeable disparities between hypothetical performance results and the subsequent real results attained by any certain trader, trading program, or membership course. With the advantage of hindsight, hypothetical performance results and assessments are created. Unknown and recognized market conditions can have a negative impact on a trading program’s real trading results.
HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, ACCORDING TO CFTC RULE 4.41. SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT REAL-WORLD TRADING, UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD. THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER- OR OVER COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF SPECIFIC MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY, BECAUSE THE TRADES HAVE NOT YET BEEN EXECUTED. SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY WERE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT, SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL. ANY REPRESENTATION THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFIT OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN IS NOT MADE.

Refund & Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Procedure
Due to the nature of this program and the member’s immediate access after purchase, the content shall be regarded as 100% delivered within 24 hours.
As soon as the 2nd and 3rd tier affiliates start accumulating earnings, they agree to start to manage and form a nucleus team, this team of affiliates is called a “CFIRE Circle” community, and they commit to offer support to all their related CFIRE Circle members. CFIRE Circle team meetings would discuss issues related to CFIRE education or lessons. As the affiliate’s “CFIRE Circle” teams grow, there may be breakaway groups as new leaders appear. CFIRE admin will review the performance of all such CFIRE Circles, asking from time to time how Circle members are doing in the program, and if it is deemed necessary by CFIRE admin on a case by case basis, potentially move members who are not getting the support they need, to a new CFIRE Circle, which would then also switch any and all 2nd and 3rd level earnings to that new team. CFIRE admin will determine this on a case by case basis, and only based upon serious requests by you (the new member) after careful consideration and consultation with the original affiliates and their tiered CFIRE Circle to review the issue(s).
Upon the money-back guarantee period expiring, members are official CFIRE members.
NOTE: Members who confirm their registration as an affiliate and get to be able to share their affiliate link waive any requests to receive a refund, since they have already joined the affiliate program to start to promote CFIRE, and therefore any affiliate cannot get a refund from the moment they confirm their registration as an affiliate.
2. Conditional 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee Terms
Only Ignition and Meteor level NEW MEMBERS have the first thirty (30) calendar days after their membership purchase to request a refund, and they can only make this request after day 28. During these first 30 days, the content for – setting up, implementing, and earning from specified DeFi programs connected to your web3 digital wallet will be available; Each new member agrees to execute the following three (3) core steps within the first 7 days, before they can be eligible to request a refund:
- First step is to enter to record your digital web3 wallet address to the CFIRE membership area, as to simply record on-chain confirmation of participation in the DeFi program(s).
NOTE: CFIRE has NO control over your assets, recording your wallet just verifies your DeFi participation; - Second step connect this same web3 wallet to the specified DeFi program(s) for earnings; making sure to confirm that you have at minimum $420 of necessary token(s) in your wallet (eg BNB, SOL, ETH);
- Third step is to deposit a minimum of $200 to $400 in week 1 worth of such required tokens into specified DeFi program(s).
Only New members from Ignition and Meteor levels are eligible to request a refund ONLY AFTER showing proof that they have completed the above 3 conditions AND who have NOT received any DeFi returns following this implementation of the CFIRE program, during this first 30 days.
IMPORTANT: It is likely that DeFi yield earning programs may fluctuate yields given the volatile nature of cryptocurrencies, so there can be no fixed guarantee on the exact percentage yield earned.
Each new member must (in keeping with these terms) submit their web3 digital wallet address into the CFIRE platform, which the CFIRE team then uses for verification purposes of implementation of the CFIRE DeFi system. This shows proof that the new CFIRE member has started to earn DeFi yield returns, due to the instant DeFi on-chain data reporting through blockchain reporting sites like Debank.com. This also shows a member’s commitment to the CFIRE program so that we can release payment of funds to their related affiliates and for ongoing operations.
Beyond day 30, all members of CFIRE get continued access to content and potentially even access to advanced lessons.
New members are encouraged to reach out to their referring Affiliate for help, especially in those first 7 days, for assistance on any issues whatsoever to get their wallet setup and connected to the DeFi platforms to work as per the CFIRE system instructions.
All referring Affiliates have a duty to assist all her new members to resolve any issues, including but not limited to: on-ramping of crypto funds, following the instructions in lessons, or sharing any challenges new members might have for setting up their DeFi system. Referring Affiliates are incentivized to assist and are glad to do so.
However, if by the 14th day after purchase the new member is not able to get assistance from their referring Affiliate or Affiliates in the above tiers, then all affiliates in those tiers will have forfeited compensation privileges deriving from that new member and you (the new member) may seek assistance from another affiliate team as per the CFIRE officers and admin reviewing your case to allocate you (the new member) to a new affiliate team (CFIRE Circle), allowing any potential related affiliate incentives to flow to this other CFIRE Circle. CFIRE admin will determine this on a case by case basis, and only based upon serious requests by you (the new member) after careful consideration and consultation with the original affiliates and their tiered CFIRE Circle to review the issue(s).
A new member may also seek a third alternative where he or she pays an additional fee to CFIRE for a “white glove” service to have everything done personally and in direct consultation with them, step by step. Any such “white glove” service fee has no refund.
In the unlikely event that the CFIRE program does NOT deliver any DeFi returns for a new member following their full setup of the core 3 steps to connect their wallet to the specified DeFi platform(s) as per the CFIRE training program, that the specific programs after making making deposits do not produce any returns in the initial first thirty (30) days period, then that new Ignition or Meteor member has the option to exit the CFIRE program and request a refund. Their membership and access to the CFIRE system would then be canceled immediately upon request (and this request can only be submitted AFTER the first 4 weeks, 28 days from their purchase of the CFIRE program), and all further training, advanced lessons, affiliate payments and bonuses, and potential DeFi bonuses will all be forfeited.
Upon any refund, that members membership access is cancelled.
NO REFUNDS ON MEMBERSHIP UPGRADES
If a member upgrades their membership level to a higher level, there are no refunds.
DISCLAIMER and FULL DISCLOSURE On Refunds
Please be aware that there is a possibility that your “Refund” amounts may NOT reflect the exact value that was originally paid for the product or service. This is due to the volatility of crypto-currency conversion rates from fiat currency to crypto-currency and back, and the conversion costs to implement the refund, as well as cryptocurrency transaction fees.
Whom the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee DOES NOT APPLY
If a previously canceled member wishes to rejoin at a later time, they may do so at the full membership rate AND she will not have the option of the thirty (30) day money-back guarantee. This is due to the additional operational and administrative efforts required. We reserve the right to refuse or deny membership to anyone for any reason.
Also members who register as affiliates also do not have the option of the thirty (30) day money-back guarantee, since they have already joined the affiliate program to start to promote CFIRE, and therefore cannot get a refund.

In accordance with the “30-day money-back guarantee terms and conditions”, a new member is eligible to request a refund only after day 28, and must be within their first thirty (30) calendar days ONLY after satisfying the above listed three (3) conditions set forth in point 2 of this guarantee section – (i) validating their digital wallet, (ii) connecting their wallet, (iii)depositing the minimum, and if they did not receive any DeFi earnings during this period, they may request a refund.
How To Request A Refund
For all refund requests, please submit a request for a refund using your standard Ethereum Web 3 EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) wallet, using a standard cryptocurrency wallet address (starting with 0x). It will be paid out to you in a cryptocurrency to your same digital wallet that you registered with, rather than fiat dollars to your bank account, credit card or debit card, in either USDC or BNB (we as the admin select the cryptocurrency to make the refund payment).
If there are any issues regarding receiving your refund and setting up this wallet, you can email us at: [email protected].
5. Affiliate Payments
After the first 30 days of a new member have passed, Affiliate payments are non-refundable.
6. NO Refunds for Additional Products And Services
Every new member has thirty (30) calendar days from the date of their first (initial) purchase to request a refund, but only after 4 weeks (28 days) of their full participation in the DeFi program by following all the listed steps, as per these terms. For new members, this applies only to the first product purchased and not for any subsequent purchases. Any refund requests made after this deadline won’t be granted.
